Veg mayonnaise sandwich recipe| sandwich under 5 minutes

Sandwiches are delicious to taste and we can make them quickly. There are many different ways to prepare them with readily available ingredients. One of a kind is veg mayonnaise sandwich recipe. Sandwiches are good for quick breakfast or snacks and evening meal. Specially kids are found of these sandwiches.

So I have choosen sandwich recipe and this will be prepared with veg mayonnaise that is Veg mayonnaise sandwich recipe. I have dr. Oatker veg mayonnaise at home so this made sandwich so tasty and delicious. I have used onion and tomato stuffing. You can also use capsicum, boiled potato in stuffing. This veg mayonnaise sandwich takes very less time.

Ingredients:

  1. Whole wheat bread slices: 4
  2. Veg mayonnaise: 4 table spoons ( I am using dr. Oatker veg mayonnaise)
  3. Onion: 1, medium, thinly and vertically chopped
  4. Tomato: 1, thinly and vertically chopped
  5. Pepper powder: 1 table spoon
  6. Oregano: 1 table spoon
  7. Chilli flakes: 2 table spoons
  8. Cheese: grated , 3 table spoons(optional)

Procedure:

  1. Fry the both sides of bread slices on tava with little butter. Once done take them on the plate.
  2. Take 1 table spoon of mayonnaise and spread evenly on one of the bread slice. Sprinkle some pepper powder and then sprinkle some oregano. Now put one layer onions and one layer tomato pieces. On the top spread evenly 1 table spoon of mayonnaise. Finally sprinkle red chilli flakes on the top and close with another bread slice.
  3. Nowcut the sandwich diagonally. Great some cheese on the top for garnishing.
  4. Repeat step 2 and 3 same with remaining. bread slices.

Delicious veg mayonnaise sandwich are ready to serve.
