Hot fudge cake pudding recipe | hot fudge chocolate cake pudding

Who doesn’t like chocolate cake or chocolate fudge right?. So today, I come up with delicious hot fudge cake pudding recipe. It is very easy to prepare and can be prepared with simple ingredients.  When you or your loved ones are craving to eat chocolate then it can be the best choice.

The main ingredients for this hot fudge cake pudding recipe are cocoa powder, all purpose flour, butter, white granulated sugar and brown granulated sugar. Instead of brown sugar, you can use white granulated sugar also.

Ingredients:

For cake:
  1. All purpose flour: 1 cup
  2. White granulated sugar: 1 cup
  3. Butter : 1/4th cup (melted)
  4. Cocoa powder: 3/4 cup
  5. Baking powder: 1.5 table spoon
  6. Milk: 3/4 cup
  7. Salt: pinch
For fudge:
  1. White granulated sugar: 1/2 cup
  2. Light brown sugar: 1/2 cup
  3. Cocoa powder: 3 table spoons
  4. Hot water: 3/4 cup

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Mix dry ingredients all purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Now, add milk, vanilla essence and butter, whisk well until get smooth consistency. Now pour this mixture in a greased cake tin and spread evenly.
  3. Mix white granulated sugar, light brown sugar and cocoa powder in other bowl. Sprinkle this mixture evenly on top of the cake.(don’t mix now)
  4. Pour hot water carefully on top of the mixture. Place cake tin carefully in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Once done cool it for 5 minutes.

Now delicious hot fudge pudding cake is ready to serve. Serve warm for better taste. Serve along with ice cream for amazing taste.

Notes:

  • You can use white granulated sugar instead of light brown sugar
  • Don’t mix batter once you sprinkle the sugar cocoa mixture and hot water.
  • Use big cake tin, while baking fudge may fell down.
