  1. Cloves/ Lavang/ lavanglu : 200 gms
  2. Cinnamon/Dalchini/Dalchini chekka : 100 gms
  3. Star anise/ chakra pool/ anasa puvvu: 100 gms
  4. Mace/ Japatri : 100 gms
  5. Poppy seeds/ Khus khus/ gasagasalu : 150 gms
  6. Cardamom/ Elachi / yalikalu: 100 gms
  7. Nutmeg/ jaiphal/ Jajikaya: 4
  8. Fennel seeds/ saunf / Sopu: 50 gms
  9. Capers / kabra/ Marati moggalu : 50gms
Procedure:
  1. Make a fine powder of all whole spices( as mentioned in ingredients) using blender.
Notes:
  • Take exact measurements of whole spices mentioned in ingredients, to get perfect taste .
